On the way to becoming the leading pan-European development and manufacturing partner
The requirements placed on secure, resilient and regionally embedded supply chains for mission-critical electronics are increasing. For us, this is an opportunity to build on and expand our strengths in a targeted manner.
With Strategy 2028, we are pursuing a clear course: expanding our engineering and manufacturing competencies, focusing on our core markets and developing a globally connected competency and production network. Targeted acquisitions are a key lever in this regard.
We implement this strategy consistently in 2025. In January, we acquire Profectus GmbH in Suhl, Germany. In April, we acquire key business activities of the Éolane Group, with five sites in France and two in Morocco. In June, we take over a production site of Mercury Mission Systems International S.A. in Geneva and establish a strategic supply relationship. In August, we are joined by MADES S.A.U. – Málaga Aerospace, Defense & Electronics Systems in Spain, which enjoys an excellent reputation in the aerospace and defence market. In November, two production sites of Valtronic Technologies in Solon, USA, and Berrechid, Morocco, extend our international network.
Taken together, the acquisitions expand our geographical presence, add to our competencies and enhance our regional manufacturing options. The growing network brings us closer to our customers, creates additional production options and supports more resilient supply chains.
In 2025, Cicor has 4,524 employees in 14 countries and generates a turnover of CHF 616.5 million. This brings us to a new level of scale and strengthens our position in our core markets. For our customers, this means a broader, regionally embedded and scalable development and manufacturing network.
